I later expanded my expertise through municipal roles in bylaw enforcement with the Cities of Hamilton, ON, and Brantford, ON, where I developed a solid working knowledge of regulations, compliance, and property standards.

With over a decade of experience as a landlord and three years as a project manager, I have overseen a wide range of projects—from residential renovations to the development of a new two-storey, 18-unit building.
